Cal Poly’s Center for Health Research will host California Surgeon General Diana E. Ramos at its virtual annual meeting on Jan. 31. The event, “Promoting Health of Pregnant People, Parents and Babies,” will take place from 11:10 a.m. to noon. Ramos will discuss the status and future of maternal health in California. Center investigators also will share highlights of research in women and infants’ health. Faculty, staff, students and community partners from all disciplines are invited to attend this online meeting to engage and inspire.
