Bio 253: Orientation to the Health Professions
This course matches students with health clinicians in San Luis Obispo County to gain shadowing experience and learn about a health career of interest. It is intended for second+ year students with GPAs of 3.0 or higher, and who demonstrate a genuine interest in careers in healthcare. The class is tentatively scheduled to meet on Tuesdays from 6:10-8:00 pm during weeks 1 (Sept. 20), 2 (Sept 27) and 10 (Nov. 29). Attendance is required on those dates, and there are no exceptions, so please only apply if you will be able to attend class on those dates.
