The DO: An Online News Publication for DO's and Students!

It's a new day for The DO!Introducing a new voice for the osteopathic medical profession

The DO magazine, the #1 source for news and information about osteopathic medicine, has debuted a refreshed look, a redesigned website and a reimagined format guided by those who understand the profession best—DOs and osteopathic medical students.

The AOA is proud to announce that for the first time in the publication's 62-year history, The DO's editorial strategy is now guided by a DO Editor-in-Chief and 25-member editorial advisory board composed of DOs and osteopathic medical students. Representing a full spectrum of medical specialties, editorial board members provide perspectives from a diverse mix of career stages and practice types.

Each month, The DO will feature a thought-provoking lineup of content produced for DOs and osteopathic medical students by DOs and osteopathic medical students, showcasing 20+ recurring columns written by members of the profession and focused on the issues that impact their lives.

The DO's new Editor-in-Chief, Vania Manipod, DO, is an AOA board-certified psychiatrist, speaker, writer and media expert with a specialized focus on mental health and wellness. Learn more about the new direction for the revamped publication in Dr. Manipod's inaugural From the Editor column.
