Come attend a keynote with Iranian activist Hoda Katebi, as well as a variety of workshops featuring themes such as:
  • Environmental Justice
  • Racial Justice
  • Leadership and Service as Activism
  • Intersectionality
  • Gender & Sexuality
  • Socioeconomic Justice
  • Jewish Culture/Antisemitism - in collaboration with SLO Hillel and JCC Federation of SLO's Jewish Festival of Learning
The conference will be held on Saturday, Feb. 26th at Cal Poly, with a morning keynote at 9 am, workshops throughout the day, lunch, and a closing ceremony. COVID precautions such as universal masking indoors will be in place for the safety of our guests.
We understand that due to the in-person format, not everyone will be able to attend this year. But if you're in the SLO area, we encourage you to register by February 18th to get early bird pricing: $10 for Cal Poly students/AmeriCorps fellows, $30 for the general public, and $15 for the keynote only.
If you're a CP student with economic need and can't swing the conference fee, email serviceinaction@calpoly.edu and we can explore getting the fee waived.
Don't miss out on this special event!
