Hearts for Health is a startup that aims to provide a platform for access to resources and insight for the pre-health community, ultimately to foster a collaborative environment.
This includes our virtual shadowing program which we’ve established for our audience to hear from speakers across various healthcare specialties that speak on their journey and advice. This is especially relevant as COVID-19 has limited the exposure to shadowing that would normally be available. Shadowing sessions are completely free, and no sign-up is required! Our virtual shadowing sessions are held on Thursdays at 7 PM CST. Additionally, participants can receive credit for attending by passing a quiz after sessions. Quizzes are available until 11:59 PM CST on the Wednesday following each session. This can be documented on CVs/resumes and is a great opportunity to also learn about specialties in medicine and more!
