As countries around the world continue to face challenges due to the COVID-19 pandemic, CFHI will continue to offer virtual internships and practicums with start dates on the first Monday of nearly every month through 2021 and 2022 as well as Global Health Roundtables in October 2021. Come learn from CFHI's wide network of global health experts and leaders from Bolivia to India while connecting with other CFHI participants! Please email students@cfhi.org if you have any questions.

CFHI Virtual Global Health Internships offer undergraduate, pre-health, and graduate-level participants the unique opportunity to explore global and public health issues broadly, highlighting how health systems around the world deliver healthcare in a variety of diverse environments, exploring cultural interplays in urban and rural areas, and incorporating indigenous healing practices. Students learn how communities are addressing their most pressing health challenges, including chronic disease, maternal-child health, infectious disease, and reproductive health, all while gaining insights into the public health realities of the region. The internship is enriched with cross-cultural assessment and interaction tools, and with carefully planned cultural activities that allow participants to experience the rich diversity of CFHI’s global partner communities.
