Paid Opportunity for Graduating Seniors: CSU Stem VISTA Health Equity Coordinator

"Campus Health & Wellbeing in partnership with the CSU STEM VISTA has a paid opportunity for a graduating senior to help improve health access on Cal Poly’s campus. This one-year national service opportunity is where you can create and enhance programs for CSU STEM students who are students of color, first-generation college students, low-income students, and/or women. As a VISTA member, you will receive first-hand experiences developing programs and professional development training, all while receiving a modest living stipend, healthcare options, and a $6,000 education award. You will work alongside a campus supervisor at Cal Poly and will work full-time on student success projects.

"Apply directly through AmeriCorps through this link. Applications will be accepted until 6/5/2021. Should you have any trouble with this application link, please watch this video on how to complete the application."

Students are also welcome to reach out to Supervisor Kimme Huntington at kjhuntin@calpoly.edu with any questions.
