Survey: Medical Design Club's Pain Evaluation Project (Help Out Fellow Cal Poly Students!)

Cal Poly biomedical engineering students with the Medical Design Club (MDC) are currently working on a project to reduce bias in the evaluation of pain. To understand how Cal Poly students prefer to communicate their pain, they've developed the following survey:

At the end of the survey, participants will be given the opportunity to enter their email into a raffle for a $50 gift card.
