The INSIDE UCSF 2021 application is open! The UCSF Department of Physical Therapy is excited to invite you to apply and learn more about our Doctorate in Physical Therapy. This is an opportunity for college students interested in an inside look at UCSF’s graduate programs to attend a two-day online event highlighting education and career possibilities.
This coming cycle will be taking place virtually on April 2nd & 3rd, 2021. California first-year freshman, at two and four-year colleges, to recent graduates in post-baccalaureate programs, are encouraged to apply. We especially encourage students from ethnically diverse backgrounds, those who are underrepresented in the health science professions, first-generation college students in their family, and/or are from socio-economically disadvantaged backgrounds to apply.
The program is entirely free for selected applicants and will feature:
- Interactive panels of students from the schools of dentistry, medicine, nursing, pharmacy, life sciences, and physical therapy discussing their path to, and succeeding in, professional and graduate school.
- Specific introductions to one of the professional schools, the graduate division, or physical therapy, including conversations with faculty, staff and students.
- Workshops to demystify the preparation for and application to graduate and professional school.
