Considering taking a gap year? Horseshoe Farm offers 2 different 13-month gap-year fellowship programs for recent college graduates: a Community Health track in Alabama and California, and a Farming, Health, and Nutrition track in Alabama only. Fellows go to some of the top medical schools, graduate programs, and nonprofit organizations across the U.S. More information available here (you can also find them on Handshake!).
